One of the greater things in life is being able to shop right from the comfort of your own bed. There’s so many options, you’re not sweating from constantly putting on and taking off clothes, and the shopping cart total doesn’t even become a problem until the $5.99 shipping pops up, am I right? Ordering online usually presents the opportunity for a wider variety and better discounts. Here we’ve compiled a list of shops for you that we love and have shopped at!
1. Sophie & Trey
Personally one of my favorite online stores. I’ve ordered countless items from here for recruitment, formal, nights out, and just plain cute clothes. And, you get 10% off your next purchase when you subscribe to their email list (which you can unsubscribe from later if you want). Pricing varies from item to item, some low some high, but most items are definitely affordable!
A relatively new feature they rolled out is the VIP Rewards (AWESOME). $1 = 1 point, and after 300 points you are eligible for you first reward, which is $15 towards your next purchase! More points = bigger rewards.
Sophie & Trey offers:
- Dresses for every occasion
- Tops of all kinds
- Bottoms of all kinds
- Jewelry & Accessories
Essentially a little bit of everything. They also accept return and exchanges. You have 30 days from receiving a product to return in (for online orders only). They will deduct $7.00 from the refund amount for shipping, and returns are processed with 10-14 business days.
Lulus offers so many items it would take you days just to look through it all. They’re a little on more of the mid to expensive side, but they also offer 10% off your first order if you sign up, and they have awesome sales around the holidays.
One of my favorite things about Lulus is they create a whole section on their website for clothing and trends for the current season. Which is a LOT easier than trying to search for items for the season based on color or style. They pretty much offer clothing and accessories for every occasion you can think of, from office clothes, to wedding apparel/bridesmaid dresses, to homecoming. They even have a whole “Vegan Shoes” section… talk about on trend, right? Returns and exchanges are also accepted, and policies are stated on their website
People have a lot of mixed feelings about Zaful. I absolutely love them for swimwear (I haven’t ordered anything else) and the sales are INCREDIBLE. My best advice would be to read the reviews, look at pictures listed on reviews, and order sizes based on the pictures people post. Although it may not seem like its a legitimate site because the prices can be SO cheap, I’ve ordered 5+ bathing suits from them and have had no problem with them getting to me, or the quality of them. And if you’re still unsure, order through PayPal so you’re protected. New users get 15% off!
They have most definitely upped their game since I last ordered. Tons of sales, student discounts, multiple sign up offers, Z rewards, buyer protection, free shipping on certain orders, AND a 30 day return warranty. Their return policy has changed since I ordered. However, I ordered a bunch of suits hoping they would fit, and the ones that didn’t I figured I’d sell to friends. I started a return request just to see what I would be refunded for my purchase, and they refunded me the money and told me to just keep the bathing suits. SCORE. I’m sure thats a rare happening, but it was super amazing of them!
This website is no secret, and it’s definitely hit or miss when it comes to quality, but its been my go-to website for the longest time. Just be sure to read what the product is made up of and use your best judgement. They offer great prices and a lot of variety. Pricing ranges from cheap to expensive, depending on what type of clothing you order. They offer 50% off your first order when you sign up, definitely worth it!
Tobi offers a ton of different categories and options, and even has a dedicated “Fall Trends” section, which I love. I have completed many successful refunds with them, so don’t be afraid to buy something questionable. Just make sure it isn’t clearance or final sale. The return and exchange policy is on posted on their website.
5. Jess Like This Boutique
This is a new shop owned and operated by one of my sorority sisters! We’re all about supporting local and small businesses. She’s just getting started out, but offers a lot of great clothing for each upcoming season. Only clothing is offered so far, but we have a feeling she’ll be expanding soon. She also offers a lot of discounts and sales, which can be found posted to her Instagram account!
Everything is hand packaged and mailed out by her personally, ensuring your order is correct! In the event that it’s not she offers returns and exchanges, and her policy is listed on the website. Popular items and sizes sell out quick, so be sure to stay up to date on new arrivals!
